Seemingly never resting, Sugarshack caught up with Nahko at The Village Studios in Los Angeles to capture the Medicine For The People representative once again blazing through “Slow Down.” Soaking in the energy of the famed headquarters where Maharishi first introduced transcendental meditation to LA, Bear is tired but inspired, bringing the song to peak life despite the long and experience-filled days that preceded the session. The performance will find life as part of Sugarshack’s Village Sessions.

I’ll tell you what – I’m loving these solo acoustic sets from Nahko but they leave me craving a live performance from the entire Medicine For The People. Certainly looking forward to catching these guys on tour next time they make their way around my neck of the woods.
