I’ve always been a sucker for unique mashups. So it was with welcomed arms – and peaked curiousity – I pressed play on LVDY’s acoustic blend of “Ave Maria” and “Love On The Brain.”

Wow.

What a powerful rendition of both records, as the Denver-based duo bring an entirely new energy while still tipping their hats to the essence of the OG versions. The live performance, brought to us by the good people at Sugarshack, highlights the eclectic range of talent possessed by Kathleen and Aubrey. From commanding vocals to the simple guitar paving the way, “Ave Love” shines bright.
